This is Foxy. Foxy is a 10 month old pup. He is a smashing dog (small to medium in size). You will not find a better young dog to re-home. Healthy and has no behaviour problems. Good off the leader; house trained, good with cats and other dogs. As a pup, he is probably best not re-homed with young children.

Foxy is neutered, vaccinated and chipped. A £100 adoption fee is required. As with all our dogs, he is available on trial before adoption.

Foxy is at Ferry Farm Kennels, South Hylton, Sunderland, at the moment. You can visit any time until 6 p.m., any day of the week. Please click here for directions to the kennels

The dog featured here, on the right, is Max (The other dog, Sandy, has been re-homed). Max is a very popular dog in the kennels. Max is small Akita or Staffie cross, we think. Please click on photo to enlarge. Good in the house; good in the car. Good on and off the leader,. He is also exceptionally clean. Very affectionate and loyal. Max will make a wonderful companion for an owner who is willing to take a bit of care with other dogs. A young, healthy and house trained dog. Max is always hungry. Great with people and children; no evidence of what he is like with cats. Will react by growling back at dogs who growl at him. He is protective towards his food when other dogs are around. Max and Sandy came in together and shared a kennel. Max is a lovelly dog; a favourite of mine. I walk him every day and can see the change in him. Photo is of Max, on the right, and his former kennel mate, Sandy, out on a walk. Click on photo to enlarge. Phone 0191 5518107. Available for viewing (12 noon till 2pm) 7 days a week at Stray Aid/Blue Acres Kennels, Coxhoe, Durham Click here for directions

This is Kobi. He is 3 1/2 years old; a large Mastiff cross. He is O.K. ish with other dogs. He has not been sufficiently socialised, I gather. (He is a bit nervous when on the lead with other dogs but fine off the leader.) He is no good with children, I understand. Kobi has lived with cats without problem. Kobi is not destructive in the home and is house trained. Kobi is now being looked after by the daughter of a lady who lives in a flat. Kobi will be re-homed from his existing home. Kobi might be adopted by somebody who wants a large dog in their home or on their premises. Phone 0191 5518107 or e-mail (above) for information.
